IPI (International Property Investments Ltd) was formally established in 2001 as an Overseas Property Investment and Development Company, with offices in Ireland, UK and Turkey.
 

Between the years of 2002 and 2009, IPI delivered more than 550 completed apartment units across 18 different Developments, which can be further viewed by clicking on the  following link IPI Developments. The total Gross Development/Investment Value for all 550 units was in excess of €55 Million Euro at the time. 

IPI employed a Staff of in excess of 100 Employee's at normal capacity and more than 100 Staff during IPI's peak operational requirements.  

During the course of IPI's operation it also developed two other proprietary Real Estate Investment Brands namely, TPI (Turkish Property Invest) and TCI (Turkish Commercial Investments) which were developed as market specific segment brands.

As a result of the Global Financial Crisis in 2008/2009 IPI ceased its property investment and development activities in 2010 and diverted its practical experience and expertise into providing Real Estate Investment Consultancy and Advisory services for a varied number of Client Types across 4 continents.
 

Since then IPI Developments, has consulted on a broad range Commercial Real Estate Investment projects to include but not limited to, Hydro Electric Power Plants in Turkey, Wind Farms in Ireland, Prime Central London and Birmingham Real Estate Investment Opportunities, a Data Center and Business Plaza in Mexico, Solar Farms and Data Centers in Dubai, Mineral Mining Concessions in the USA and Africa and the Development of a new Global Seven Star Hotel Collection in seven countries as well as a host of other projects.
