IPI developments began its existance in 2002 through the incorporation of IPI International Property Investments Ltd in Ireland. From there IPI extended its Property Development and Investment activities into Turkey, where it became one of the largest foreign owned  Property Development and Investment companies on the South Coast of Turkey in the citys of Alanya, Belek and Izmir.
